- If you have insomnia & suffering from hypertension reduce your intake of salt in your daily diet. You will experience good sleep and your blood pressure will be controlled.
- A physically active person if takes extra salt it is perfectly fine otherwise he will face aches & fatigue-like symptoms.
- Using high amounts of salt in food results in headache, insomnia, migraine, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, arthritis, etc.
